Domestic Purchases

All purchases are to be made payable to the Superblades in United States dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Personal Checks WILL BE accepted but product will not ship until check clears our bank. Sorry, no C.O.Ds accepted. All orders must be pre-paid.

Sales Tax

All purchases shipped within the state of Tennessee are subject to an 9.25% sales tax.

International Purchases

International purchases must be pre-paid in United States dollars. Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Credit Cards or Personal Checks are not accepted. Please contact the SuperBlades for shipping costs via the phone or E-Mail. You will obtain an order number and an approximate time frame when your product will be shipped. SuperBlades is not responsible for other countries taxes, duties or import restrictions. It will be the responsibility of the recipient of the product to cover these costs if any and to check their import regulations.

Shipping and Turn Around Time

Shipping on all orders under $100.00 will be calculated based on current UPS fees. All orders over $100.00 will ship for free. Check individual products for estimated shipping times. If a delay in shipping is anticipated, SuperBlades will contact you. Feel free to E-Mail us of the availability of products. Once a product is shipped it no longer becomes the responsibility of the SuperBlades. All products are shipped in a generic package.

Return Policy

SuperBlades offers a 30 day return window on all products. All products are inspected prior to shipping for defects. Due to the free shipping we offer on most orders, there will be a 15% restock fee to cover our shipping costs, packaging costs and credit card discount fees. Products must be returned in Brand New and re-sellable condition and cannot have been used. Shipping costs on returned products (orders under $100.00) are the responsibility of the customer. An RA number will be issued for all returns, products not showing an RA number will be refused by SuperBlades.
